My First Real Garden

Yesterday I did quite a bit of work on my gardening. With work I have less time to work on personal projects. Still I get off early yesterday at noon and I used up my remaining energy cleaning and plowing. I tilled the garden once, then my neighbor came over and offered me some of his old cow manure. It was good stuff, 10 years old. He came and dumped it and spent the next hour spreading it, and picking out numerous rocks and weeds. Then I tilled that all in with the rototill. By the time I finished all this I was too beat to make the actual rows and it was getting pretty late. Still.. definitely making progress!
Today I planted some radish and carrots but it started raining and I turned in.











Here's some pictures, I'm trying to document my first garden. As you can probably tell I'm pretty excited and proud of the whole thing!
