One Almost-Summer, Dandelion filled, Sunkissed Day.

Yesterday Hip and I took a walk through the fields, to enjoy the sunshine and flowers. We stopped two fields from the house and took a rest. Here are some candid photos I was able to capture.

Sitting in the field at the top of the hill Hip was surprised how long and sharp the grass was! He was in disbelief of how many houses you could see from this high spot! He didn't know there was more then a barn down the road from our own home! He was fascinated by flowers and keep picking them, holding them up and watching them bend down under their own top-heavy weight. Smiling his silly missing-tooth smile haha.

We came to find that our rooster was so vocally talented that we could hear him from our spot fields away, without our house even being in view.
Hip complained a lot during the rest of our mini trip and it drove me nuts (he's not much of an out doors kid, or an adventurer-- too many video games!!) but this part of the trip was just awesome! And it gave me enough joy to look back on our trip with fondness.. :)
