Detox Update- Day 4
Everything has been going pretty good with the detox thus far. I haven't had any slip ups yet. Though I have been eating dried prunes which I'm not sure I'm supposed too hehe. And I've eaten 4 peices of sprouted bread which I'm also not sure I'm supposed to be eating. The first couple days I was pretty tired but I'm not sure that was a side effect from the pills or from something else. I've been eating oatmeal or smoothies or just fruit for breakfast, then I have raw veggies with hummus or salads and dessert with prunes mostly for lunch, and for dinner I have egg whites, or brown rice, etc and cooked veggies usually with a dessert of fruit again.
My life certainly is busier and more structured with the new diet. It has to be. In the morning I wake up 30 minutes earlier to prepare my lunch and eat my breakfast, and after work I come straight home at 6pm and start making supper. I'm always starving when I get home so I snack while I cook and then I take my supplements and then I eat my supper and not long after that it's off to bed, and up again in the morning for work. My sleep is more interupted because of the laxa-herb, if you catch my drift. But that's getting better I think.
Anyway that's just an update. 8 more days left!

you're braver than i, my dear! especially that "sleep interuption" part.
and you haven't really cheated! true cheating involves potato chips and/or ice cream. trust me on this one. :)
